  • 4 pork chops
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions: 

  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add pork chops and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from pan and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Letting the pork chops rest helps retain their juices.
