Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 Green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 Red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 Onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. In the same wok, add the bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until slightly tender.
  • 4. Add the pineapple chunks and cooked pork back to the wok.
  • 5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, and sugar. Pour into the wok.
  • 6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • 7. Serve hot over steamed rice.

Notes:

Adjust the sweetness and sourness to your taste by adding more sugar or vinegar.
