Pork shoulder

Pineapple chunks

Green bell pepper

Red bell pepper

Soy sauce

Rice vinegar

Cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water

Vegetable oil
for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add the bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until slightly tender.
4. Add the pineapple chunks and cooked pork back to the wok.
5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, and sugar. Pour into the wok.
6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
Notes:
Adjust the sweetness and sourness to your taste by adding more sugar or vinegar.
