Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  • Serve hot with a side of your choice.

Notes:

For a more authentic taste, you can add some crumbled feta cheese and olives on top before baking.
