Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork spare ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork spare ribs.
  • Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
  • Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  • Remove the top layer of foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  • Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce is caramelized.
  • Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the spice rub overnight.
