Ingredients:  

Filling

  • 4 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
