Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool before serving.
