Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add shredded coconut or chocolate chips before freezing.
