Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, whisking continuously.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the nutmeg on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the custard is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
For a richer custard, you can use half-and-half instead of milk.
