Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pie cool before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
