Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pack Ramen noodles any flavor
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter.
  • 4. Pour in the eggs and scramble until almost set.
  • 5. Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce, and stir to combine.
  • 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
