Ingredients:  

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups Warm Water 110°F
  • 3 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-4 portions. Roll out each portion to your desired thickness.
  • Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes:

For a crispier crust, bake the pizza on a preheated pizza stone.
