Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup water adjust as needed

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  • 2. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
  • 3. Divide the dough into small balls.
  • 4. Roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  • 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each chapati until brown spots appear, flipping once.

Notes:

Serve warm with curry or vegetables.
