Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter.
  • Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeno.
  • Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
