  • 8 pieces Banana Peppers
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground beef, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stuff the banana peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
