vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, shrimp, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
2. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes:
For a vegetarian option, omit the shrimp and add more vegetables.
