Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the batter is crispy and golden brown.
  • In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well coated.
  • Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes:

For extra crispy cauliflower, you can broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
