Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, and garlic powder until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the batter is crispy and golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce mixture until well coated.
Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes:
For extra crispy cauliflower, you can broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
