Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pcs Jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 5 cups Sugar
  • 1 packet Pectin

Instructions: 

  • 1. Combine jalapenos and vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Pour mixture into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil.
  • 3. Stir in pectin and boil for another minute.
  • 4. Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars.
  • 5. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Notes:

Be careful when handling jalapenos. Wear gloves to avoid irritation.
