Pectin
Instructions:
1. Combine jalapenos and vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil.
3. Stir in pectin and boil for another minute.
4. Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars.
5. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
Notes:
Be careful when handling jalapenos. Wear gloves to avoid irritation.
