Soy Sauce

Rice Vinegar

Cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add to the saucepan.
Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
This sauce is perfect for drizzling over chicken, vegetables, or rice.
