Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • 3. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  • 4. Brush the skewers with the marinade.
  • 5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your liking.

Notes:

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
