Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 can Chopped Artichoke Hearts drained
  • 1 cup Frozen Chopped Spinach thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Stir in chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, and minced garlic.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños.
