Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix to the pot. Stir to combine.
  • 3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips.

This soup is perfect for a cozy night in. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
