Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 0.5 cup Red grapes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, diced celery, and halved red grapes.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
  • 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes:

Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra texture and flavor.
