Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.
  • Add feta cheese and Italian dressing. Toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or switch up the dressing to your liking.
