Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, whisk together the white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes:

This vinaigrette is perfect for salads or as a marinade for grilled vegetables.
