Ingredients:

  • 1 head red cabbage shredded
  • 2 pcs carrots grated
  • 1 cup apple diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, and diced apple.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • 4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes:
