  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey until well combined.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes:

Adjust the ingredients to your taste. You can add more honey for sweetness or more mustard for tanginess.
