Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers.
  • Thinly slice the onion.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cucumbers and onions to the bowl and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh dill.
  • Chill before serving.

Best served chilled.
