Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Large tortillas

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken salad mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add other ingredients like chopped apples, grapes, or nuts for extra flavor and texture.
