Green bell pepper, sliced

Onion, sliced

Cooked chicken, sliced

Chili powder

Large flour tortillas

Shredded cheese
Instructions:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add bell peppers and onion, cook until soft.
Add cooked chicken, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Remove mixture from skillet and set aside.
Heat remaining olive oil in skillet. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
Sprinkle cheese over tortilla, add a portion of the chicken mixture, and top with more cheese.
Top with another tortilla. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
