Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk Celery finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red onion finely chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until chunky.
  • 2. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
  • 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4. Serve on bread or in a wrap with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies or spices to suit your taste.
