Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the hoagie rolls.
3. Spread the seafood mixture evenly on the toasted hoagie rolls.
4. Top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
