Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, etc.) chopped
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
  • 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the hoagie rolls.
  • 3. Spread the seafood mixture evenly on the toasted hoagie rolls.
  • 4. Top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
  • 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Feel free to add your favorite seafood or extra spices to customize the sandwich to your liking.
