Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mexican blend
  • 8 pieces flour tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  • Remove shrimp from skillet and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with another tortilla.
  • Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Serve with salsa on the side.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado or sour cream.
