Frozen peas and carrots

Green onions

Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the diced ham and cook until slightly browned.
Push the ham to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, diced pineapple, frozen peas and carrots, and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well mixed and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the soy sauce to taste.
