Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Diced pineapple
  • 1 cup Diced ham
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add the diced ham and cook until slightly browned.
  • Push the ham to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  • Add the cooked rice, diced pineapple, frozen peas and carrots, and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well mixed and heated through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the soy sauce to taste.
