Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
Add the cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes:
These burgers can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or on the stovetop.
