Bolillo rolls

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly on a skillet.
2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Add shredded chicken, avocado slices, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and queso fresco.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and serve immediately.
Notes:
Feel free to add jalapeños or pickled onions for extra flavor.
