Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup honey or sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • as needed Ice cubes
  • optional Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Peel and chop the cucumbers.
  • Blend cucumbers until smooth.
  • Strain the cucumber juice into a pitcher.
  • Add lemon juice, honey or sugar, and water. Stir well.
  • Serve over ice. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking.
