Instructions:
1. Muddle strawberries, mint leaves, and sugar in a glass.
2. Squeeze lime wedges into the glass and drop them in.
3. Add white rum and stir well.
4. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
5. Garnish with a strawberry and mint sprig.
Notes:
Adjust sugar to taste. For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and add more club soda.
