Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 10 leaves Mint fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 piece Lime cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup White rum
  • 1 cup Club soda
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions: 

  • 1. Muddle strawberries, mint leaves, and sugar in a glass.
  • 2. Squeeze lime wedges into the glass and drop them in.
  • 3. Add white rum and stir well.
  • 4. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda.
  • 5. Garnish with a strawberry and mint sprig.

Notes:

Adjust sugar to taste. For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and add more club soda.
