Instructions:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
Serve hot.
Notes:
You can add your choice of protein like chicken, beef, or tofu.
