Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Lo Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, snap peas
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions: 

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

You can add your choice of protein like chicken, beef, or tofu.
