Ingredients:

pineapple chunks

soy sauce

olive oil

garlic, minced

cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned.
Add the garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the pineapple chunks and soy sauce, stir well.
Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes:
Feel free to add some bell peppers for extra flavor and color.
