Sauce

tomato soup

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, rice, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
In a bowl, combine tomato soup and water. Pour over the meatballs.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and rice is tender.
Notes:
Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
