Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Red chilies, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  • Add basil leaves, cook until wilted.
  • Serve hot with rice.

Adjust the number of chilies to your spice preference.
