Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Bake salmon in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes:

For a more intense flavor, marinate the salmon for up to 2 hours.
