Instructions:
1. Tenderize the cube steaks with a meat tenderizer.
2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
3. Dredge the steaks in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the steaks in the hot oil until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Remove steaks from skillet and set aside.
7. Add beef broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits.
8. Return steaks to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Notes:
Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
