sliced mushrooms

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

beef broth

sour cream
to taste
salt and pepper

egg noodles, cooked
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
4. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream. Cook until heated through, but do not boil.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the beef mixture over cooked egg noodles.
Notes:
Feel free to add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
