Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes:

Serve with a side of lemon wedges and a simple arugula salad.
