Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the minced garlic over the salmon and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a more flavorful dish, marinate the salmon in the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes before baking.
