Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
Sprinkle the minced garlic over the salmon and drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a more flavorful dish, marinate the salmon in the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes before baking.
