Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with broken cannoli shells, graham crackers, or fresh fruit for dipping.
