Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 2 cups Rhubarb chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions: 

  • Combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 45 minutes.
  • Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal.

Notes:

Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening.
