Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Mash the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread.
3. Cook the eggs in a frying pan to your liking.
4. Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado spread.
5. Add cheese slices on top of the eggs.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices and serve immediately.

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as tomatoes or spinach.
