Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 1 whole Avocado ripe
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 2 slices Cheese your choice
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Toast the bread slices.
  • 2. Mash the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread.
  • 3. Cook the eggs in a frying pan to your liking.
  • 4. Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado spread.
  • 5. Add cheese slices on top of the eggs.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7. Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices and serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as tomatoes or spinach.
