Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
